Burger King Westgate Mall

Went to Burger King Westgate Mall for lunch yesterday walked in the scorching heat as it was 35 degrees...only to be ill treated...the staff were unfriendly rude and disrespectful....I had to ask for my table to be wiped i was told i could not get a refill on my cold drink as the machine was broken...the staff at Westgate Mall needs to be sent for customer service training very rude and unprofessional.
