Burger King West Gate- rip-off

This is the lamest service I have ever came across when it comes to the food industry! Placed an order yesterday late afternoon on Mr Delivery for Burger King. Tried out the Chicken wings as mentioned, 4 piece. Received our order then one mountaindew cold drink short supp**** and paid for. The "Chicken wings" could have fooled us all hey! What was Received was definitely not Chicken wings, false adverti*****t from Burger King 🥴😡 your description and picture for the wings is so misleading! Paid for 4 Chicken wings but they fool every one of us by taking the wings appart ( 1 wing and selling it as 2 pieces) Basically you are only receiving 2 Chicken wings and not 4!!! Every obe with a right mind can see it's not advertised and given correctly- What a flippen rip-off. I'm sitting with a family that's still disappointed not to mention myself, expected 4 full Chicken wings and one of us had no cold drink and that was me. Asked the driver if he can also just possibly mention this to the store, but couldn't even back me up as he stuttered when he saw this when we checked the order right in front of him. Him confirming and have seen there was only 3 cold drinks. And the order said 4. I then lodge an enquiry on line with the Mr Delivery app at the help center regarding the cold drink and still no feedback from a single person. Leaving this a while understandable that queries may take time, I lodge ANOTHER on today! I am tired of explaining to my children why they get half their order, then I give my food and drink up. The disappointment on their faces to see mommy paid for something they looked forward too and not getting a full order... oh man how dare you Burger King! But yet again those humans haven't seen my family's faces when disappointment hit and when I had to comfort them by giving up my share for them to eat and drink. As well as every other person can acknowledged that who am I or we to complain about something because we are just a needle in a haystack complaining because there are millions of other customers supporting fast food channels such as Burger King!

I will go to the news papers and somma lay a complaint at Head office moving forward. How many customers actually gets rip-off and do nothing? Just shut up and eat you food!? This is ridiculous and against consumer policy and rights!
