Burger King, Three Rivers, Vereeniging - Gauteng

<p>Terrible service, half the order wrongly supp****, cold burgers and mushy, probably in the wrapper fo a few hours.... Denied by staff to speak to the manager, customer care is non existent, when taking order back the staff acts stupid or not very concerned about their mistake. This has happened twice. There is no contact number to phone the branch on the till slips or anywhere in the premises, if there is one they will not give it to us. Customer care number is: ********** 737 they refuse to give us the branch manager telephone number so we can lodge a complaint. We will never go there again or even recommend the Brand to anyone, I don't even think this branch manager knows about half the problems in his branch, bad practice and staff is bad for buisiness......
