Burger king sunward park horrible service
I cannot believe the service received at Burger King Sunward park. We leave rugby practice on a Thursday evening at 9pm arriving at Burger King at 21:33 to get dinner. Trying to place an order of 2 Whopper Burger meals (the burger that made Burger King famous) just to be told that if we want food there is 2 options and if we want the other, we should wait 30 minutes...... I then call the store to a manager and the phone call gets hung up by the so called manager I call back and the "second" manager answers and doesn't speak after I ask for a number who will actually help me. I drop the call and my husband calls and miraculously get a number???? I actually went next door to stand in a queue at KFC where Burger King was empty
The level of service explains why no clients go to the store. I have NEVER experienced such poor service I my life!!!!!!
