Burger King *****s, lies and then ignores you

So Pizza Hut fails to deliver my order, I get in the car and go buy burger King. I ask the cashier 3 times if there are deep fried onions on Rodeo burger. 3 times she assures me yes. I order. I get home, lo and behold no onions, it's a cheese whopper. I take pictures of burger and invoice. Send an email, attach said photos and told someone will phone me. Still waiting. What is wrong with food outlets that they just don't give a ****. Burger King you are wrong, not for the first time, it has happened many times before but one is gone from the store. I am not going to do this anymore. Keep your product and your lies.
