Burger King springs terrible service

I had to wait 20 minutes in a drive through with only one car in front of me. The person serving me barely understands English. There was no ice cream available. My family all wanted the legendary burger King cupcake but unfortunately no ice cream meant no cup cake. To make matters worse my whopper had no cheese but was charged for it, whoppers were cold, totally disappointed. Burger King springs will never see my family again. 😡🤬
