Most terrible place even worse is the communication. 23 March---big king patties were ice cold and at the window a stench. Spoke to manager about stench and the reason was rubble removal day.. on arrival home we discovered the surprise on the burger the ice cold pstiies. I completed a survey and logged my disgust. A week later I bought a burger why I wouldn't know cant you learn lessons. It was a tuesday, stench still at first window where you order and This window extremely slow so even you car take that stench with. I once again asked to speak to manager. Still waiting. I complained on Facebook and Facebook messenger. On messenger my detail was asked will communicate within 24-48 hours. Still waiting. Yesterday I phoned call center WHAT AND ATTITUDE---REF LIZA BRGER kING IN THAT SAME STREET IN Lambton ACTUALLY NEXT TO YOU IS NANDOS, DOWN IN THE STREET KFCc AND McDonalds--DONT COMPLAIN IF YOU GET POOR BUSINESS YOUR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION YOUR DOWNFALL.
