Burger King service suck

So me and my parter went to burger King last week, went through the drive though and ordered our food. When getting home we discovered our order was completely wrong (PAID ALOT OF MONEY). I then went on the website to logged a complaint and have one of there representative to give me a call. Yet I had no response.Even went on my Facebook account to contact them and yet no response. I think this is by far the worst customer service I ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. Even went as far as calling the customer care line but the just say someone will call me but nothing.
