burger king service

i come to burger king turfhall road. the lady at the drive through was very abrupt and insisted we must wait oposite the road in a no parking zone for out food,which she said it would take 2 min. i asked if it was not a drive through and she screamed saying we had to wait. there service is impecable,managers attitude is disgusting,they are rude and have no customer service.
