Burger King Sanctuary

Burger King Sanctuary, again.......I called burger king to confirm that they close at 8 PM. I drove past on Sunday, and the sign on the door said that they closed at 8 PM. We planned our night around this confirmation. We left estate at 19h30 giving us 15 minutes travel time, and 15 minutes to order our food. For 6 people. When we arrive at 19h45 security had cordoned off the drive through, and I was told that they are closed. I asked the security officer why he is not letting us in, as the only closed at 20h00, and we have plenty of time. He told me: "You can go and drive in and waste your time, I dont care, it is closed." In a rude manner. I asked him repeatedly how he can say that they are closed if the sign says 20h00 and the telephone called confirmed it. So we are stuck in Somerset West, without food, all other fast food outlets are closed, and you have cost me R120 in travel expense and there no place to buy food, and we have no food at the estate. Burger King does this all the time. They just cannot operate a fast food retail outlet. The proof is in how their value has dropped as a corporate entity. They have lost hundreds of millions in value because they are bad at what they do.
