Burger King Regina Mundi, DISGISTING SERVICE

Good day

I made a purchase yesterday 25th June 2024 at Burger King in Regina Mundi #21541.

I ordered at 18:37 and got my order at 19:15, people that ordered after me got their orders before me, why and how I can never understand. By the time I got my order I was irritated and annoyed from the long wait. Got home to find that it was the burger and the chicken only in the bag, NO FRIES. I paid for a full meal and there were no fries in the bag. And there was no way I was walking all the way back to collect fries.

I have been greatly inconvenienced by your terrible service and I feel ****** cause j paid for a full meal and didn't get that.

I tried to send them an email, the email automated response informed me the user has block emails that are not structured in a certain way and I need to call them to accept me email.

You have lost a loyal customer.
