BURGER KING REGINA IS A ****

On the 24th of March I was traveling to Mpumalanga with my family and we decided to get something to eat,we stopped at Burger King Regina in Soweto. We got all meals which made R359,I was using my card on the drive through and a lady named Lebo was assisting us. She swiped my card the 1st and a transaction message came on my phone but she said the machine did not give her a receipt and then she swiped again and another transaction message came. She then said the 1st amount will reverse but it did not,we traveled to MP and the money never came back,today is the 2nd of April and I have been to the store 3 times but they keep on saying they are investigating and I provided them with a statement showing the 2 transaction but they act like it was my fault I JUST WANT MY MONEY R359 IS A LOT and I do not have petrol to go there everyday
