Burger King Potchefstroom

We went to BK Mooirivier Mall in Potchefstroom on 2 Feb 2020. I could excuse the cues, seeing it was weekend after payday, the service, however, is another story. After cueing, we got to the front, only to be told that they could not give us beef burgers, so we were forced to take the chicken. A printed sign would have at least warned us, so we didn't spend all that time in the cue. The place was packed with people waiting for their food, therefore they all wanted to use the soda fountain. Here is where things got worse. The ice dispenser was broken - a bucket with melting ice was placed at the counter as consolation. The Mountain Dew dispenser was broken and all the other sodas were warm and flat. The final straw came when we collected our order, just to see that they were serving beef again. When asked, they said the machine for the beef (?) was back in order, but seeing as we'd already placed our order, it could not be switched out again. They also didn't have any nacho cheese, and proceeded to put chilli sauce on the chips, without checking if we'd prefer it.

We typically receive very good service at this branch, but this was absolutely despicable. Were it not, that it's the only "nice" fast food in the town, I would never return.
