Burger King Paarl - Fast food is supposed to be fast

Burger King Paarl needs to work on the time they take to prepare the order. No one in the que and we had to wait 6 minutes before we received our food and when we received it, the chips was cold. . Once I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot before I received my food. Burger King management seriously have to relook the principle of fast food at Burger King Paarl. Mcdonalds is flowing, they clearly know what they are doing.
