Burger King Olympus - Pathetic Service

If it was possible to give NO STAR AT ALL, I'd have done so! So we went to Burger King Olympus and we got there at around 20:53. On their doors, they've proudly displayed trading hours closing at 22:00 weekdays and 23:00 weekends. Shockingly, we stood there at their doors like idiots those clowns probably saw us as at that time. Surprisingly doors were locked with staff inside still. One skinny clown (a guy), ran like a telly tubby mumbling something, with a stinking attitude I might add, just to lock the other door by the driveway side, all this just so we do not gain any access to their shop. There was a lady by the tills, non of them bordered to at least signal to us that their "hospitable" doors were closed and that only a drive through was open at that time or was there a notice at the door informing customers of such. So, we finally figured that out on our own and proceeded to the drive through. How you can even call this customer service baffles me. To think that we are at this pathetic place to buy our food every week is even more than saddening to mention. Teach your clowns that word of mouth is a very powerful tool. You treat your customers like this, you'll soon have very little customers knocking on your door to keep you afloat. I know for a fact that they were apparently "not supposed" to have the doors closed at that time because someone from your very own office called to confirm this. Long story short, you haven't a foggiest clue what customer service is!!! Leaving those slapstick clowns to run the show as they see fit (clearly with no knowledge whatsoever) is suicidal to the sustainability of your business!!!
