Burger King now has apartheid members working for them Burger King Lenasia, RUDE STAFF Member taking orders and not knowing the menu... unskilled or under trained in client service...

My wife , kids and I have taken a drive all the way from home which is a good 45 minutes drive to Lenasia Burger king due to our end having loadshedding, when we arrived we already had in mind what we are to order as my kids were extremely hungry so we usually get their favourite , we had ordered wopper meals , wings , nuggets etc....

so on the advertising board or menu by the speaker it says you can swap out your fries for v crispers for an amount of R2 extra

so i requested this be added to our meal as it is what was shown on the menu outside by the odering box, lady takes my order and added these crispers to the meal with an extra R12 ord... so approaching the window after paying i checked my slip and seen she had charged me extra even after asking the lady about this, she put up a fight with me telling me im not reading the menu correctly us indians are always fussy its only a R10 rand difference wow the order became a race thing? and mind you the confusions puzzles me because i am married to a black women with 3 kids so what a bad way to put things out there because my kids dont grow up in a home where colour is a thing so an incorrect order became a race thing and then going back to the drive through i called her outside to show her the mistake on the menu as she said it was only add R2 for a different drink so after showing her this the manager gets involved i showed them the menu and now they both in agreement that the error was burger kings after i have tried explaining this to them both... the reason for my complaint not only did i get bad service or treated somewhat way i did not even get an apology from the lady at the till or the manager. firstly it was not an emotional thing it was a matter of knowing your product and what you offer as a business that simple but the emotional trip i had to experience i am very unhappy and its a disgrace that people are this way funny i also come to this specific burger king and shower the employees with gifts for their kids im always giving hampers out the the employees there and this will stop with immediate effect as well. Buger King the place i thought i am building foundation as a regualr customer i get treated like bull... i will not recoomend you guys to anyone no wonder the competition around you seems to be winning i realized its not a business thing its a employee thing personal gain with no business ethic no client service so now makes me wonder all these times i was also being generous i was taken for a ride like your own business is....

i wish to be contacted and find a way of how you as buger king will apologize to my kids for being exposed to a race issue as well as my wife and i , i take deep offense and besides this even though i got a refund my food was now given to me all messed up so i refused to go back because the drama was enough for me
