Burger King norwood, appalling service!

I am absolutely gob smacked at the service we received from burger King Norwood, we ordered food through Uber eats and upon delivery the food packaging was torn and open which left the food exposed, with the drinks spilled all over, leaving the food soggy and spoilt, when we asked the Uber driver what had happened, he said he received the order in that condition, so we turned him back with the food and tried calling the franchise with no luck. Given the circumstances with the Covid19 pandemic I fail to understand how this could have happened and now our order was just canceled. Great.
