Burger King? No it is not!

What a horrible experience at Burger King Blue Route Mall. Shop not busy at all, but no organisation at the order or pay points. Staff arguing with a Mr D driver who was fed up with waiting for ages. They called out an order number twice and then placed it on a cabinet and left it there without calling it again. I watched a guy wait patiently for his order with 2 kids hanging off him and eventually had to suggest he ask them about the stuff on the cabinet - it was his order. He left and then had to come out as they had not given him his drinks. I got my order and then had to convince the woman I had paid for drinks too and then had to wait for those. Their picture of the BK Crunch chicken burger looked really good with a nice crunchy looking chicken breast. Don't order it! It is a flat, round patty seemingly made of the same stuff as chicken nuggets. Didn't taste bad - just a major letdown compared to the picture. False advertising? In my view -absolutely. Badly organised? Absolutely. Very disappointing for a shop that was not busy at all.
