Burger King No customer service support

Very disappointed with my purchase of burgers today. Really not up to standard. Worst of all is when you try to contact the store your call is directed to Cape Town. How frustrating nobody answers your call. I can't believe an international company like this has so poor customer service. I was directing my complaint of the Gateway Burger King in Durban.
