Burger King - Nkomo Village
I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The service was poor, with staff being unhelpful and slow, and there was a lack of basic customer care. What made it worse was how unclean the place was — tables were dirty, the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it overall felt unhygienic. This is not what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. Management really needs to improve both cleanliness and customer service.
