burger king needs to remove the king...

Been a week, mailed customer care 3 times with no responce. Order and pay for double burgers but get singles. Please people rather go for Steers, McD, Wimpy, Rocomamas... the responce from them put me more off than the incorrect order. Though other brands also make mistakes but at least they see you as a customer and not just a number. They don't even read your e mails as they request info that was already on my first correspondence. Never again bk for me.
