Burger king N1 City sucks

N1 City Burger King is pathetic. We ordered 3 burgers only and added a chips for R40. When they delivered there was no chips in the bag. I emailed burger king but they want to pass the blame to Mr D and we lodged a complaint on the Mr D app but no one is getting back to us. Really burger king and Mr D you are pathetic
