Burger king N1 city, Goodwood

<p>I was at Buger King N1 City 09/092016 and received terrbile service and kitchen hygene also terrible. I placed my order and while I was watiting a customer that allready placed his order saw the kitcchen staff was not wearing gloves while preparing the food. I myself have also seen it and thought to myself they should be wearing gloves. The customer demanded his money back and asked one of the staff members why are they not wearing gloves and she coudnt give him a answer. I know at mcd the staff have tongs and do not touch the ingredients like the cheese ect with their hands while preparing the food. I told the csutomer I was wating for someone to say soemthing so he said yes, I dont know if they washed their hands after being to the bathroom or have cuts on their hands. I myself wont say i am super hygenic but when it comes to preparing food you need to be hygenic. I received my order and had to go back in again three times. I never got serviettes then I never got tomato sauce and third time I saw theres no bbq sauce in the bag. I was not told that they dont have sauce but they could of told me that when I placed the order or even afterwards but now they tell me nothing and that upset me. I told the manager and he just says we dont have sauce. I told him fair enough but I should have been told this when I placed my order. I also told him about the customer that walked out because the kitchen staff are not wearing gloves and he had nothing to say so I just walked out. I found this very unprofessional.</p>
