Burger King / Mr Delivery - Worse than Poor Service

Made an order through Mr Delivery at Burger King. Order was delivered but the wrong items was received. I ordered a Double Cheese Burger Meal Large and a Triple Stacker Burger Meal Large. Opening the order I only received 2 x Junior whopper burgers and chips. This is not even close to what I ordered and the value of the received order is probably half of what I paid. Called Burger King in Westgate and they blamed Mr Delivery and said I must contact them. Mr Delivery does not make the food or pack the orders, they just deliver it, so take some responsibility for your mistakes Burger King! This is not the 1st time where the orders are messed up. So some other person scored my order and enjoyed himself. Called Mr Delivery and they advised to send pictures of the incorrect order and and. This is rediculous. I ordered food because I was hungry and did not get what ordered. What a waste om time and money and worse than poor service from both ends. Took a picture of the small Junior Whopper burger that was received and went to through the steps on the App to report the order that was incorrect. Guess what. No response. So how many people get ****med like this and pay for a big order and get some small order thats not even worth nearly the same price as the original order. Burger King & Mr Delivery wont bother to contact their clients back after they mess up. But its ok. You will just lose more and more customers. Atleast Mcdonalds get the orders right. Pathetic and useless service. And then there use to be nice meals on the menu but seems like Burger King dont care what their customers like. Most burger meals on the menu is double whoppers and tripple whoppers and Quad stackers. I want a choice of different things. Not the same burgers with just more patties on it. Thats stupid and not very strategic in terms of marketing. Customers like variety and like myself there used to be a Rodeo King Burger on the menu which was great but this has also dissapeared from the menu. From now on I wont be supporting Burger King. The place is being run by retards and management probably just pockets all the profit. Its not about Quality anymore, just about Quantity. Thats why the service and food at Burger King is up to ****. My order number was: #DFD***7 and ordered on 01-03-2022. Not that it really matters because I wont get my money back or my correct order sent. This will just blow over like with thousands of other customers and someone pockets the money. What a joke.
