Burger King Maponya mall

I've always had a great experience with various Burger King restaurants, Thank you, till today as my Mom and friends celebrated her 65th birthday lunch in @Maponya.mall restaurant, to be ill treated by a lady for seeing the drink dispenser refusing to provide a cool drink cup to refill as part of the meal. Little did they know the cup should not be cleaned away by the stuff. I think for better customer connections explain to the customer with respect not arrogance.
