Burger King Mall of the South Horrible service

Burger King Mall of the South is one of the worst franchises that I have visited throughout gauteng. They have horrible customer service and you have to remind them about your order as they can't handle peak hour lunch rush. The grillers forget to make your Burger and people that ordered bigger orders after you get theirs first. The casiers are unfriendly and act as if they are paying for your order when you request for something on their app, which is very unprofessional when we can clearly read terms and conditions. I dont recommend going to this branch, rather go to the chicken licken where you'd get your order fresh and hot.
