Burger King mall at carnival

This weekend was a very sad and dissatisfied at mall at carnival firstly the way of ordering were taking so long and there were only people in front of us who were ordering food only one till working secondly my nacho chips was my sause outside the box than inside my burger were slammed together our chicken wings were smaller as my small finger the chips were old and the one coldrink machine was out of order I had to wait long for my coldrinks as it arrived my coldrinks were hot and had no ice in and were flat we turned to the manager to address the issues she gave us other coldrinks and the problem weren't resolved so if askt my money back AND LEFT VERY DISAPPOINTED I went to Boksburg burger King the service were way better the quality of the food was excellent l was very happy with the quality of the food and the service was excellent keep up the good work we will be regulars at Boksburg branch I will never go back to mall at carnival burger King . I have not received any feedback thay just close the case
