Burger King lacks

Went to the branch on Ontdekkers Flora centre and tried to place an order for 2 x R100 specials and chicken wings just, to be informed that they didn't have fries. We could however, order another side but, this would have to be charged as an extra charge. Then asked for the manager. I was representative which I later was told was a auperviser. Phoned the Customer Care line who got back to me saying that the manager was in fact there and that they miraculously found fries. Not trusting the malicious nature of responses to complaints we decided to travel to the Princess outlet maybe, an extra 8 km just to be presented with a "no garnish or cheese sauce" presentation, we apologize. Customer Care is also full of excuses like, new suppliers. All this smacks of is bad management and if it were anywhere in the world a compensatory apology would have been the order of the day. We seem to have a society that accepts mediocrity and hence service can never improve.
