Burger King Kyalami Poor Servive !
If I was able to give no stars I would. My husband and I decided to get Burger King last night and ordered for collection to which the MrD app said we can collect at 18:32 ( Placed the order at 18:03 )
We arrive at the Burger King go to the collection side where we stood for 15min no help whatsoever, we then go to the order side and again waited 10min for assistance where the gentleman said that we have to wait at collections. We explained that we have been waiting there and have not been helped, he continued to help other customers and we than ask another lady where, she then looked for our order.
They made and packed our order and we walked out at 18:53 !
My question is what is the point of ordering for collection when they do not even prepare the order and you still have to wait ?
