Burger King Jean Crossing extremely bad service

I was at Burger King Jean Crossing yesterday night at 21:00 and the service were extremely bad! Our order was taken wrong by the lady working there and then we waited almost 45 minutes for our order. They were not busy at all as it was only me and my family and one other couple inside. The manager or well I think she is supposed to be the manager just stood there doing nothing at all. While I was "patiently" waiting for my order to finish I tried calling the call center but there was no answer. This is not the first time this is happening, I was asked numerous times before this when going through the drive through to please patiently go and wait in my car in the parking lot while they prepare my order, just because they don't want that buzzer to go off! Next time I will think twice before going to Burger King Jean Crossing again.
