Burger King Jean Avenue POOR drive through

I've never complained about Burger King in Jean Crossing Centurion before but after countless times i've had it with them. They've forgotten to put items in the bag too many times now. I will not go there again. After a long day of hard work and taking care of children i really hate it when my kids are so excited about the treat and then i have to drive back and complain and they don't improve
