Burger king is running a ****

I recently ordered food from paarl burger king, i used mr d food for delivery. The order was short of 2 bugers. This is the second time. I phoned them and they told me to come and fetch the order. I asked for a manager, they told me they will phone me. No results. I use and pay for a delivery company for a reason, why must i always go and fetch my order when short supp****. Why is the order always shirt and not over?
