Burger King is definately not king at Jean Crossing

I would like to bring to the attention of Burger King management the following: 1. There is no indication on cooldrinks in a cup whether it is sugar free or not. I have a sugar intollerance and can never figure out which is the sugar free cup so I end up not drinking anything. Can you please address this. 2. When one drives through to place your order, the menu is at the intercom. Can you please place the menu before the intercom so that we have an opportunity to study the options before having to place the order. We don't all know the menu and is therefor pressured to place the order but havent a clue what us available. 3. The food is really poor! I ordered the Whopper burger many times and have seen how the quality of the food gradually deterriarated since you opened. You are also more expensive than McDonalds and their food is definately better. Maybe you can get some recipes from Steers and Wimpy. I have only bought food from Burger Kind at Jean Crossing in Centurion. Quality is really poor and the get the orders wrong.
