Burger King in Boksburg(East Rand Galleria) Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

On the 18th of October I purchased a meal from Burger King in Boksburg(East Rand Galleria) and was disappointed by the delivery and the treatment by the staff. I placed my order via the drive thru. In my order was the R100 Whopper combo meals, Jalapeño Chicken fries, and 6 pieces nuggets Kids meal.

Firstly, after paying and collecting our order we drove off, only to discover later that the order was incomplete. My Chicken fries were and the chips for the kids meal were missing. I drove back and went inside to report this to the staff but they didn't seem fazed or bothered by this, they basically treated me like it wasn't even important even though I had wasted petrol driving back, and they didn't seem sorry about it. I was really angry by this. Then later discovered they gave me 8 Chicken fries which were over cooked and a bit hard. Also, instead of 6 piece nuggets, they gave me 4 nuggets for the kids meals. I could not turn back as it was late and far. I did the survey online and noted all my complaints but no-one has bothered to call to address these. This all meals, apart from my petrol, I wasted my money at this branch as my order was not processed properly and to my satisfaction. I don't ever see myself going back to this branch for such poor service. I contacted customer service regarding this issue but no-one bothered to address it even after I did numerous follow-ups; then on the 18th November 2020, I received an email saying the case has been resolved and closed; all this while not a single person bothered to respond to my complaint.
