I visited the Burger king in Kimberley last night to treat my Family, but unfortunately the treat turned out to be more than just a treat. We left burger king with much more anxiety and disappointment with the service received from the staff. They are unprofessional and always sounds like they doing you a favor.

My bank account was debated twice because the speedpoint didn't print out a receipt and the bright spark refused to reprint the last transaction as the machine showed that the transaction was approved and I got a notification from the bank notifying me that the transaction was approved. He insisted that the bank will reverse the first transaction as that's the norm. So now I need to send them my bank statement to proof that it was debated twice and also not reversed.

Best part of it all, the food was cold the chips and burgers was not nice because we had to reheat the entire meal, they need to get gas for there pepsi cold drinks. It was flat . How do you like that for a treat.
