Burger King - Houghton are ****s

I ordered a king box meal at 10:45 on Uber eats, estimated arrival was 11:25 and the app showed the driver's location was outside the restaurant. At 11:40 I called the restaurant and the manager insisted the order was long ready but the driver is the one who hadn't arrived. I could see the driver's location and communicated with and he said he had been waiting a long time at the restaurant, my order was not ready. I called the restaurant several more times and they never picked up again
