Burger king Grandwest pathetic service

Today I placed an order on Mr D. I ordered from Burger king Grandwest, I ordered 2 meals and 3 burgers only. The driver delivered 4 burgers, two cooldrinks and no chips. I then called the store directly and told the manager that my order was incorrect, he then asked me if the driver is gone so I said yes then he told me the only way this can be solved is if I contact Mr D and tell them the order was incorrect and they will give me my money back. No apologies, no sincerity, absolutely nothing they made as if Mr D was at fault. Then as I was trying to talk the manager decides to put the phone down in my ear. Burger king Grandwest offers pathetic service.
