Burger king gives disgusting service st George's

<p>Burger king is disgusting they lie and say they gave my colleague change and debates with her about this. They then pull footage let us wait then comes and give the change and says sorry. When we asked for an apology from the manager we are still waiting it's been an hour. When we approached another staff member and asked him to call his manager. He asked why in a rude tone. When we explained to him why. He looked at us with disgust and walk away. I have never ever experienced such appalling service in my life. Considering I am a manager of a UK based contact centre who deals with customer servicedaily.If I had it my way I would want all that staff to be fired!!! Aside from the security she was extremely polite yes this could have been an honest mistake by the cashier. But the way it's been dealt with by management is unacceptable. After we asked for her... she simply refused to come to apologise</p>
