Burger King Gateway

Pathetic service, lady taking my order didn't greet me back, she charged us for an extra meal and when i asked her to cancel it she says the order has already been processed. Not the first time that the service was bad, seems to be getting more worse. Good food, such a shame their service is so pathetic.
