Burger King - Filfthy Store at the Sanctuary - Somerset West

On Friday evening I visited the Burger King at the Sanctuary as we no longer have a Burger King where I reside within the town of Stellenbosch.

The experience was terrible and even worse was the condition of the restaurant in terms of how dirty, messy and unhygienic it was. Please refer the photos attached.

I was disgusted to an extent of not wanting to eat what comes out of the kitchen. When I escalated my concern to the staff their attitude was somewhat unphased.

When I asked to speak to the manager, which took about 10 minutes, she was distracted by her cellphone and was also very unhelpful or phased to say the least. I asked the manager on duty and she agreed that she would not eat from the kitchen after seeing how dirty the store was.

I was promised to be called by the store supervisor and I received a call from *** at 22:43. The call lasted approximately two minutes whereby the supervisor had dropped the call never to contact me again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Burger King and their hygienic standards.
