Burger King Fail.

My star is not based on the total service of Burger King Kolonade Retail Park Montana Pretoria. This branch is getting worst and worst. We as a family stopped supporting Mc Ds due to service and product avaliability. Seems same is happening with the Burger King branch. Not all cold drinks no Ice Cream still talking to the drive tru attendent and then get told to talk further to the manager, the staff memebers laughing inside the store due to me complaining. Unacceptable. No one had the Area Managers number and then next moment the found the number? ? Called he is not getting assistance with the broken down Ice cream machine or no parts. Why then have the function if its really never working anymore?? Dont know sad to see the store going down aswell...
