Burger King Ermelo

Burger King's outlet located in Ermelo Mpumalanga service is a total emabarrassment to say the least. Visited the store at 18:00 on 27/01/2021, Staff member at counter was rude and had blatant disregard for customer service. No beef meals was available as the store was "busy closing" according to the counter staff member. When chicken meals was requested, I was advised that only a few certain patties were available. I don't even want to know what quality they would have been... This is surely the most unsatisfactory service I have ever received at a Burger King store. This was also not the first and only bad experience at Burger King Ermelo. I really think that Burger King should consider closing the outlet, as the service affects the Burger King brand negatively. I was really embarrassed, so I left and drove all the way to the other side of town, to visit Macdonalds.
