Burger King double charge on my bank card

On the 4th of November 2021, Burger King at Willow Drive double charged me for an order. I paid with my bank credit card and the next day noticed that they charge me twice for the order. Getting my money back seems to be a problem for Burger King because every email is rep**** to with more questions of which most are a repeat of the previous email. Now we wait and see if this will turn into a ******** case of card *****.
