Burger King Customer Service - non existent

Burger King Three Rivers and Burger King Customer Service is pathetic. We went on the 1st of January and ordered Nutella Fusion Ice Creams. In the beginning we use to get Ice Cream and Nutella, the last few times we get ice cream with a sprinkle of Nutella. 1st of January 3 of the 4 ice creams barely had any Nutella in.

I then went and advised their "Customer Service Department on the 2nd of January and was told to email the photo plus the slip to them and I will get a response in 48 - 72 hrs. Even though they work Monday to Sunday we are still waiting for correspondence.

Burger King's overall Customer Service Experience is a joke. Very disappointed in the overall terrible service from this company.
