Burger King Customer Service have no service

When you want to make a Lockdown birthday special and Burger King Customer Service ******s it up.... Phoned twice to find out how I can order because I was unsure. First time held on for 6 minutes and when I asked for a branch number they asked me to hold on longer so that they can find it. Cut me off after I held for another 5 minutes. Phoned back held on for quite a while just so that the lady on the other side can drop the line in my ear.
