Burger King Crowns it Out

HI there,

So on two occasions I bought meals from Burger King, and on both occasions they could not issue with Crown coins. When you contact there contact centre, the responses is so scripted that the issue is not solved.

No explanation what was the issue or what was done to remedy it, but cannot stop punting their new app coming.

Make you wonder if that's why 'they struggle to issue the crown coins'.
