Burger King Centurion and its poor food quality

Very unhappy. This is now the second we have had a a bad experience with this burger king. First time received a strawberry milkshake which was only syrup no ice cream etc plain strwberry syrup. Reported it no response. Today order mozarella cheese*****s burger and once again dissapointed received a burger with no mozarella sticks. This is ridiculous to say theleast why have a mozarella stick burger if you dont bother to put mozarella sticks on the burger.
