Burger King carnival your staff need training to read an order correct

I ordered a burger King King box with chicken and mango Pepsi. I received a sample burger with a brown drink not sure if it it is pepsie. I called the driver to collect the order as it was wrong but he refused. I called the call center number without any joy. Burger King Carnival mall your food is a disgrace. The chicken piece looks green. I wouldn't even give to a dog to eat. Will never ever order from you again. Your food and service suck.
