Burger King Birchliegh North Mall is a disaster!

Absolutely terrible level of services at Burger King Birchliegh North Mall branch, last 4 orders we have placed , we had a burger supp**** short on 3 of the orders, 2 were separate ordered burgers, the last order was placed in Drive-thru, the order took 40 minutes from placing to being given the order! No explanation, the staff only had 3 cars in the Drive-thru at the time too, so they can't say they were over run and when I arrived the truck had just completed it's delivery! When order was ready all 3 cars receivedtheir order at the same time and they were handed over and person dissappearEd, when I got home, checked order, there was a burger short, it was Family 4 burger special.
