Burger king bad service

<p>Very bad service that i experienced at burger king Tygervelley mall I waited so long for my food everyone that came after me got there food before me. I told the manager her response was not a sorry for waiting rather the person that helped me had to tell me how long my food will take. She didn't be apologetic or gave me anything for waiting and when I asked her to reimburse me or give me something for waiting for 30mins she actually refused and let me stand there. I will rather buy me a burger at mc donalds instead of burger king they should look for managers that has the experience and s****s to deal with people instead of employing any staff member because they want to pay the person under the belt with no experience and that is very unprofessional </p>
